McDonald’s and Burger King sued in attempted class-actions tied to ‘forever chemicals’ in packaging

In this article published by Nation’s Restaurant News, three lawsuits have been filed over the last two months that allege that major restaurant chains have violated food safety guidelines with their food packaging.

 More and more court cases are being filed in the United States as everyday consumers are finding out that fast food chains have been using PFAS contained food packaging for over 40years.
